Who we are
The firm behind the drawing.
Swati Constructions builds independent houses, group housing, apartment buildings, hospitals, shops, and showrooms. Families come for a house on their own plot. Landowners come for a row of homes or a building they will let.
The phone and WhatsApp number published for the company is +91 94948 65865. Those two dates, 2012 and November 2014, are the ones the firm stands behind. This page does not add a project count, an award list, or a star rating.

Build what was agreed.
Houses, healthcare buildings, and commercial spaces that are structurally sound, practical to use, and finished to the specification agreed before that stage of work begins.

To be the contractor a family or a landowner can brief when the building has to be done carefully, whether the drawing is a house, an apartment, a hospital, or a wayside stop.

Four habits, not a slogan

Sound structure
Column sizes, steel, and concrete follow the structural drawings. A website does not replace the engineer.

Straight dealing
Scope, stages, and changes are written down. We would rather refuse a job than describe a building we have not been asked to build.

Site discipline
Curing, cover to steel, and a clean work front are ordinary habits. They matter more in a hard summer than any slogan.

Progress is a visit, a photograph, or a WhatsApp note at the stage we agreed. Drawings are discussed with the people who will build them.

From drawing to building
The sequence, before anyone talks price
You can bring an architect’s set, or ask us to work with a designer. Title and sanction stay with the owner. In Khammam town, building permission is generally handled through the Khammam Municipal Corporation. We set the site out to the sanctioned plan. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and nothing here is a quotation. Payment stages belong in the written agreement. Two plots with the same area can need different foundations, so we do not print a rate per square foot.
Listen
We visit the plot or read the drawings, then say whether the job fits the team.
Plan
Scope, sequence, and the engineer’s or architect’s drawings are agreed before concrete starts.
Build
RCC, masonry, and finishes proceed with visits or photographs at the stages we set.
Handover
We walk the building with you and close the snag list written down for that visit.
