They are general information. They are not a quotation, not an offer that you can accept by filling in the form, and not a contract.
When work actually starts
A building project starts only when both sides have agreed a written scope. Stages, price, and drawings belong in that agreement. Articles on municipal permission, RERA, and Vastu are practical notes from a contractor. They are not legal advice, not structural design, and not a promise that a particular plan will be sanctioned by the Khammam Municipal Corporation or any other authority. Title to land remains the owner’s responsibility.
Photographs
Photographs are representative views of houses, apartments, hospitals, commercial buildings, showrooms, and wayside stops. They are not labelled as photographs of a specific finished Swati Constructions project. The picture used beside the NESCO expressway note is not a photograph of that site and does not show a public opening. The company seal is the firm’s own mark.
The expressway work
Pages about wayside amenities describe construction with NESCO on the Khammam–Devarapalle section of the Hyderabad–Visakhapatnam expressway: restaurants, food courts, and shopping space. They do not appoint Swati Constructions as the highway concessionaire, and they do not state NESCO’s contract value.
