Where does Swati Constructions build?
Swati Constructions works from Swati Towers. Most houses, apartments, hospitals, commercial buildings, and showrooms are on sites the team can supervise directly. The current wayside work with NESCO is restaurants, food courts, and shopping space on the Khammam–Devarapalle section of the Hyderabad–Visakhapatnam expressway. The address and map are on the contact page.
What kinds of buildings do you take on?
We build individual residential houses, group housing, apartments, hospitals, commercial spaces, and showrooms. We also build restaurants, food courts, and shopping space, which is the scope of our recent work with NESCO. If your plot or brief is different, call us and we will say plainly whether it fits the team.
How do we start a project?
Call or WhatsApp 9494865865, or send the form on the contact page with your name, number, and what you want to build. A useful first message includes the location, whether you already own the land, and whether you have a sanctioned plan. We then fix a time to see the site or the drawings.
Who handles drawings and municipal approval?
You can bring drawings from your own architect or engineer, or ask us to work with a designer on the set. Sanctioned plans and title stay the owner’s responsibility. In Khammam town, building permission is generally handled through the Khammam Municipal Corporation. We organise the site work to follow the sanctioned drawings. This is not legal advice.
What is the NESCO expressway work?
Our recent project is with NESCO: restaurants, food courts, and shopping space on the NHAI greenfield Hyderabad–Visakhapatnam expressway, Khammam–Devarapalle section. NESCO is the company we are building with. We do not hold ourselves out as the highway concessionaire, and we do not publish their contract value as ours.
How will I know how the site is progressing?
On a typical project we agree the stages before work starts, then share progress by a site visit, photographs, or a WhatsApp update at those stages. You are welcome to visit the site at a sensible hour. Sit down with Swati Constructions and talk through the drawing.
