Current and recent work

This is the project Swati Constructions names when people ask what the firm is building now, beyond the houses and commercial buildings. The work is with NESCO. The buildings are restaurants, food courts, and shopping space. The road is the NHAI greenfield Hyderabad–Visakhapatnam expressway, on the Khammam–Devarapalle section. You will also see the place name written Devarapalli. We use both so the corridor is recognisable.

NESCO is a company with its own expressway amenities programme. Swati Constructions is building with them on this scope. That sentence is as far as we take their corporate story. We do not claim the highway lease, we do not claim to have won a tender in our own name, and we do not repeat contract values published in someone else’s filings. Those figures are not our advertisement.

What the buildings are for

A wayside stop on a greenfield expressway is a pause in a long drive between the Telangana interior and the Andhra coast. People need food, a clean toilet, and a short walk. The building type gathers restaurants and a food court, plus shopping frontage, around a parking court that can empty back onto the highway without chaos. The access geometry, the ramps, and the highway interface belong to the project’s planners and to the road authority. Our page does not redraw them.

Inside the scope we do state, kitchens need drains, falls, and a route for exhaust that is decided before the slab above is closed. A food court needs a service side so stores and waste stay out of the dining room. Shopping needs a weatherproof edge. Toilets need to be sized for a crowd that arrives in a bunch, which is different from a shop on a Khammam street. The service page and the article go further into that difference.

What we will not say

We will not say the facility is open. We will not give you a date to stop for a meal. For opening information, follow NESCO or the highway authority. We will not show this photograph as the site itself. It is a representative view of a highway food court and retail building, made so the page has an honest picture of the building type. It carries no NESCO branding because it is not their photograph and not their finished premises.

Swati Constructions still takes every other enquiry on +91 94948 65865. Houses, hospitals, and town commercial work have not been replaced by the expressway job. They are the rest of the practice, and they have their own pages.
