Apartment buildings are part of the work Swati Constructions takes on. This page describes that kind of project. It does not list flats for sale, and it does not borrow a RERA number from a scheme that is not named here. Where Telangana law requires a promoter to register a project, that number belongs to the promoter and to that project. A contractor’s website is the wrong place to invent one.
Who hires us
Usually a landowner or a developer who already controls the site and wants the building constructed. Sometimes a family that wants a few flats for its own branches, which is a different set of agreements from a public sale. We ask which of those it is at the first meeting. The apartment service page explains the grid, the stacks, the parking, and the terrace. The article on choosing a builder is written for the person on the other side of the table, so the questions are in the open.
Before the first slab we want the floor count that is actually permitted, the stair and any lift in positions that still leave a livable room, toilet stacks that repeat, and a parking layout a car can use. The structural drawing governs member sizes. We do not thin a column to suit a furniture plan.
What “finished” includes
A finished apartment building includes the common stair, the external envelope, the terrace waterproofing, and the services the scope named. Flats with tiles and a raw staircase are not a handover. Stages are written down. Heat and rain both punish a terrace that was treated as a leftover, so waterproofing and slope are discussed early.
